Crabmeat Dip

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes
Serves 4-6

Ingredients :

200 mL coconut cream
300 g canned, freh or frozen crabmeat
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 spring onions, very finely chopped
white pepper
2 plates vegetable sticks (carrot, capsicum, celery, spring onions, cucumbercauliflower or broccoli florets)

Instructions :

  1. In a small saucepan simmer the cooconut, crabmeat and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except vegetables; leave to cool. Devide dip into two small bowls. Serve with the vegetables.
