Bailey’s Irish Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart halfandhalf
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Enough milk to bring to 1/2 gallon


Method:

Blend ingredients together. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve with fresh strawberries and brownies.
