Gingered Chicken Wings

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 11 oz canned lychees
- 1 tblsp chopped glace cherries
- 2 tblsp chopped crystallized ginger
- 1 cup flaked toasted almonds
Ginger Tea

- 2 Thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 cup Boiling water
- Sugar to taste
A refreshing addition to any Chinese dinner. Steep fresh ginger slices in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Add approximately one teaspoon of sugar per cup of water.
Ham and Chicken Rolls

HotFried Crispy Shredded Beef

- 4 oz. corn starch
- 1 lb. topside of beef, cut into matchstick strips
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 medium carrots, scraped and cut into matchstick strips
- 2 spring onions, cut into 1 inch sections
- 2 dry red chilies, shredded
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
Hot Chili Oil
